Adjust or Delete Membership Info

a. Our Website gives registered members the option to adjust information displayed in their PROFILE. To do this, log in with your username and password first.

Follow the instructions below:

If you use the PC/desktop version of our site: Click on your profile photo in the top menu bar and select EDIT MY PROFILE.

If you use the mobile device/mobile version of our site: Click on the hamburger menu selector to the left of the red Title Bar (top of the page). Then select MY PROFILE.

b. Our Website offers membership at will, and there is no obligation whatsoever to remain a registered member. Should you wish to deactivate your Membership, log in with your username and password first.

If you use the PC/desktop version of our site: Click on your profile photo in the top menu bar, and select SETTINGS. In the PROFILE SETTINGS menu that appears, click on SWITCH OFF MY PROFILE. Alternatively, you can always send an email request by clicking on CONTACT US in the footer menu of the website.

If you use the mobile device/mobile version of our site: Click on the hamburger menu selector to the left of the red Title Bar (top of the page). Then select SETTINGS. Scroll down until you see SWITCH MY PROFILE OFF. Alternatively, you can always send an email request by clicking on CONTACT US: click the hamburger menu selector to the left of the red Title Bar (top of the page), select the last menu option MORE…, and choose CONTACT US.

c. If you wish to have your Personal Data permanently deleted, please communicate your request to us using the CONTACT US form as mentioned in item (b.) above. We will take reasonable steps to erase your Personal Data unless we need to keep it in accordance with another provision of this Privacy Statement, the GDPR, or for any other legal reason. However, deleting your Personal Data may result in the deletion of your Pinaheart account and will mean you are unable to access our services.

Cookies

Some of our business partners, such as advertisers, also use cookies on our site.
