Adjust or delete membership info

a. Our Website gives registered members options to adjust information displayed in the members PROFILE. To do this, login with your username and password first.



 Follow the instructions below:

If you use the pc / desktop version of our site:
Click on your profile photo in the top menu bar and click EDIT MY PROFILE.

If you use the mobile device / mobile version of our site:
Click on the hamburgermenu selector in the left of the red Title Bar (top of page). Then select MY PROFILE.



 b. Our Website is a membership at will and there is no obligation whatsoever to remain a registered member. Should you wish to deactivate your Membership, login with your username and password first.

If you use the pc / desktop version of our site:
Click on your profile photo in the top menu bar, and click SETTINGS.
In the PROFILE SETTINGS menu which now appears, click on SWITCH OFF MY PROFILE.
Alternatively you can always send an e-mail request by clicking on CONTACT US in the footer menu of the website.

If you use the mobile device / mobile version of our site:
Click on the hamburgermenu selector in the left of the red Title Bar (top of page). Then select SETTINGS. Scroll down till you see SWITCH MY PROFILE OFF. 
Alternatively you can always send an e-mail request by clicking on CONTACT US: click the hamburgermenu selector in the left of the red Title Bar (top of page), click the last menu option MORE… and select CONTACT US.



 c. If you wish to have your Personal Data permanently deleted, please communicate your request to us using the CONTACT US form as mentioned in item (b.) above. The only circumstances in which we will not take reasonable steps to erase your Personal Data are where we need to keep it in accordance with another provision of this Privacy Statement, the GDPR, or for any other legal reason. However, our deleting of your Personal Data may result in the deletion of your Pinaheart account and will mean you are unable to access our services.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies. A session ID cookie simply terminates once a user closes the browser. Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies, once we have given permission for them to set cookies for advertising.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our Website.

Our Website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Control of your Password
